Hi! I'm Kelly, I help people break their "cycle of unhealthy" and start them on their wellness adventure. After all, it's the journey, not the destination, right?

Forget about all of the fad diets. I teach people how to eat healthy, intuitively, and with body awareness.....in a way that eliminates their weight gain, joint and muscle pain, gastrointestinal upset, gas/bloating and abdominal pain, brain fog, mental health, and so many more symptoms.​


And you know what? Being healthy doesn't have to be hard. I teach people how to make EASY, healthy, and sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle so that they can get back to living their life again. Health isn’t just about diet and exercise, it's about the balance of everything in our life.
