Hi, I'm Kelly and I am a certified health and habits coach. Basically, I specialize in helping people change their lives. My clients learn how to recognize and break negative patterns, unhealthy habits, and thoughts enabling them to regain their sense of self and live meaningful, fulfilling, and healthy life.
At ApotheKelly Wellness we reject the notion of temporary, trend-based diets. Instead, we prioritize educating individuals on intuitive eating methods that align with their unique bodies. In other words, find the foods that support you and make you feel your best! I won't make you count calories or macros. I do not promise you will lose weight. But I will promise you that you will see significant changes in your life when you start paying attention to your habits and behaviors behind them...and oftentimes weight loss, improvement in joint and muscle pain, digestive issues, brain fog and mental health are just a few of those changes. one of those changes!
